Tottenham claimed a point after playing 3-3 draw against Southampton with Harry Kane goal, MySportDab reports.
Harry Kane was the man of the match once again as he was able to get a goal which couldn’t give his side the victory.
First Half Report
The first half of the match was all about Spurs dominating play and doing everything from their end to ensure they made something happen.
Southampton were equal to the task as they did just seat back and defending. They pushed forward also looking for a way hit their opponent.
Tottenham were the better of both teams as the game carried on between them and their opponent who gave them a good run for their money as it continued.
Pedro Porro was able to make it count in the 45th minutes plus additional which saw Spurs taking the lead from a rocket strike that made it 0-1.
Tottenham headed for the break with a 0-1 advantage after 45 minutes of football between them and Southampton which was a good one.
Second Half Report
The second half was eventful with a lot of goals coming from both end who were able to put in more efforts.
Southampton pulled back level in the 46th minutes of the match through Che Adams who was able to make the scoreline 1-1 between the both of them.
Tottenham took the lead from Harry Kane finish in the 65th minutes of the encounter which saw them restoring their advantage 1-2.
Another goal from the away side in the 74th minutes of the match from Ivan Perisic was able to increase the scoreline to 1-3 as the encounter pushed on.
Theo Walcott scored an outstanding goal in the 78th minutes which made the deficit reduced to 2-3 as they both maintained a good composure into the final minutes.
A late penalty saw James Ward-Prowse finishing off nearly to make the scoreline 3-3 in what was the last kick of the game between the both of them.
The match ended with Tottenham earning just one point with a 3-3 draw against Southampton who gave them a good run for their money all through the game.
