Manchester City have defeated Burnley in the FA Cup to continue on their brilliant run this season with Erling Haaland scoring a hat-trick, MySportDab reports.

The Premier League champions continued to dominate play despite taking a 4-0 lead.

In the 68th minute, Palmer put the game beyond the visitors, netting City’s fifth strike to make it 5-0.

Despite going five goals down, Burnley offered no potent response and were completely overwhelmed.

Julian Alvarez bagged his brace in the 73rd minute as City made it 6-0 with few minutes left into the game.

The match ended with Manchester City grabbing a resounding FA Cup win over Burnley.
