England claimed an impressive 1-2 victory against Italy in the Euro 2024 qualifiers match, MySportDab reports.
Harry Kane set a record of becoming all time scorer for the English National team after his goal in the game.
First Half Report
Both countries came in the match prepared with their best legs getting the opportunity of starting the encounter for the night.
England came in with more first as Declan Rice scored a stunner in the 13th minutes of the game which made it 0-1 as the game opened up much more.
Italy carried on with the match ensuring they made a comeback which didn’t happen despite all they had to do in going forward in the game.
Harry Kane doubled the advantage in the 44th minutes which came from the penalty spot which was well executed by the Tottenham striker to make it 0-2.
The goal ended the first half which England headed inside for the break with a 0-2 advantage against Italy who were the second best all through.
Second Half Report
The second half was excellent coming from both of them who made sure they carried on where the left in the first 45 minutes.
England maintained their good composure knowing they had the lead and needed to make sure everything was working out fine for their favor.
Italy scored in the 57th minutes to make the scoreline 1-2 in a goal which came through Mateo Retegui who was able to finish off neatly as they carried on.
The game continued with a lot happening between the both of them who made sure no goals was scored but Luke Shaw was shown a red card in the 80th minutes.
England managed to hold on in the remaining minutes of the encounter which saw them playing with one man down disadvantage.
The match ended with Italy unable to make anything happen as they lost the match 1-2 against the Three Lions who claimed all three points.
