However, it is not as serious as people feared so the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner should still be fit for Sunday’s final.

There were concerns over his fitness, after Messi was seen holding his hamstring in the closing stages of the match against Croatia.

However, According to Argentine news agency Clarin, the PSG man is perfectly fine and ready to play in the final against France.
