The Super Eagles of Nigeria have announced their squad for international friendly match against Portugal, MySportDab reports.

Nigeria won’t be taking part at the FIFA World Cup going down in Qatar this year 2022, but they have a major game coming up for them.

The National team coach Jose Peseiro will be hoping he can achieve something big from the upcoming friendly match which is expected to be a consolation for missing out on World Cup.

Nigeria failed to make it to Qatar following away goal rule which instead saw Ghana making it through over their neighbors.

The Ghanaian national team scored a goal which saw them holding Nigeria to a 1-1 draw after they played a goalless draw in Kumasi.

Nigeria are now billed to play against Portugal who are a World Cup team this November which is a big match from all indication.

Jose Peseiro have named a 24-man list which sees some familiar faces making it back into the team after a long time missing out.
