Erling Haaland scored late winner as 10 men Manchester City beat Fulham 2-1 in the English Premier League, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

It wasn’t a pleasant first half for the Citizens who scored one goal but later had to deal with a red card in the game.

Manchester City dominated play from kickoff which saw them controlling more of the ball possession while they attack hoping to score the opener going forward.

Julian Alvarez scored the opening goal in the 17th minute after a poor display of defending from Fulham which saw the home side taking the lead 1-0 as it carried on.

A red card for Joao Cancelo changed everything as the home side were reduced to 10 players on the pitch in the 26th minute which also saw a penalty awarded.

Andreas Pereira scored from the penalty spot in the 28th minute of the game to make the scoreline level as they both carried on pressing to make something new happen.

Nothing else was seen as the first half came to an end with Manchester City being held to a 1-1 draw against Fulham after 45 minutes of football which was played between them.

Second Half Report

The second half lit up with so much coming from the away side who had all the advantage knowing they were playing against a side missing one player.

Fulham had more confidence as they push forward hoping they could make something happen which wasn’t easy as they didn’t see any way of moving through.

Erling Haaland was introduced into the match which he didn’t take long before scoring for Manchester City in the 74th minute but VAR ruled out the goal.

The match carried on entering the final stages which saw Erling Haaland convert from the penalty spot in the 90th minute plus added time which made it 2-1.

The goal was enough as Manchester City claimed a 2-1 win against Fulham after 90 minutes which sees them move top of the table ahead of Arsenal game tomorrow.
