Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has bagged a straight read card in Liverpool’s Premier League win over Manchester City, MySportDab reports.

Jurgen Klopp was shown a straight red card after he angrily charged toward the linesman over what he considered an unfair decision to his team.

The former Mainz and  Borussia Dortmund boss believed Bernado Silva fouled his star striker Mohamed Salah close to the Manchester City box.

The foul was not given by Anthony Taylor, who allowed the match to be played on after the prolific Egyptian forward was bundled to the ground by Silva’s tough tackle.

Mohamed Salah was charging toward a long ball before being brought down by Silva.

While both the linesman and the referee thought it was a normal challenge, the 2019 Champions League winner was left fuming on the touchline.

He left his technical area to voice out his concern and disagreement with the decision of Anthony Taylor not to award the foul.

Klopp charged toward the linesman in a fury, a move that angered Taylor, who headed halted the game and headed straight to him to issue a straight Red Card.

Even while leaving the touchline after being shown a straight Red Card, Klopp was still winning over the decision and was obviously upset with the referee.

The referee’s decision followed what appeared to be a confrontation between Klopp and the lineman as they crossed each other’s path.

Liverpool secured a vital win over Manchester City after Salah latched on to a long ball by Alisson Becker, beating the pressure by Cancelo to score the winner.
