The French star rose to the occasion after the first half of the encounter ended in a dramatic 0-0 draw, with both sides unable to find the back of the net.

A dramatic second half saw the game changed in favor of the visitors, with three goals scored in the second half.
Griezmann bagged a brace, but his first goal was classic, sending the traveling fans into a wild celebration.
After 8 minutes into the second half, the score was still a barren draw, but the hosts conceded a corner kick.
Grizemann picked the ball to take the corner kick. It was a classic strike as he directly aimed at the goal and coiled the ball into the net.
As usual, the Real Betis defense were expecting the strike to land in the box, but the former Barcelona player curled it directly into the net.
Griezman went on to grab his second goal and secured his brace in the 71st minute to double the lead for the visitors.
Real Betis pulled one back late into the game in the 84th minute, as the game finally ended with Atletico securing a 2-1 win over their hosts.
