Darwin Nunez scored as Liverpool claimed a 1-0 win over West Ham United in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The Reds started well with the home advantage on their side which saw them doing so much of attacking and searching for the opener.
West Ham United had to deal with a lot of pressure in the early minutes which saw the home side knocking on the door of their defense which was very light.
A beautifully orchestrated cross from Kostas Tsimikas saw Darwin Nunez headed in to make it 1-0 in the 22nd minute of the match which gifted Liverpool the advantage they needed.
More opportunities was seen in the game but the scoreline remained the same until the Hammers were given a penalty in the 45th minute but Jarrod Bowen couldn’t make it count.
The first half of the match came to an end with Liverpool taking a 1-0 advantage into the break against West Ham United after 45 minutes of football played between them.
Second Half Report
The second half kicked off with a lot coming from both teams who tried all in their possible best to make something else happen aside what was seen in the first 45 minutes.
Liverpool carried on with their dominance as they made sure they didn’t allow any room for their opponent who were hoping to hit on a counter and make something happen.
West Ham United didn’t relent as they carried on searching with the game entering the one hour mark with the reds still cruising with their 1-0 advantage.
Nothing was able to happen despite the much consistent pressing which should have at least given a goal for either of them to take something more.
The match ended with Liverpool taking a 1-0 win against West Ham United who did all in their power to make something happened but failed.
