First Half Report

In the first half of the game there was a bit of drama which saw the match being paused due to some issues that result in them calling it off for a while.

Leeds United started the game strong with them welcoming their opponent who are the number one team on the Premier League table.

Arsenal did well enough from their end to deal with everything that was thrown at them while they also did a lot going forward looking to get an early lead which didn’t come.

Bukayo Saka was able to give the Gunners the advantage in the 35th minute of the game after an amazing display saw the England International making it 0-1 as it progressed.

Things ended in the 45 minutes with Arsenal taking a 0-1 advantage into the break after the first half against Leeds United at Ellen Road in what was a good one.

Second Half Report

The second half was eventful coming from both teams who had their opportunities but couldn’t make it count going forward in the match.

Patrick Bamford has the opportunity of putting Leeds United level in the 64th minute of the game but unfortunately he couldn’t convert from the penalty spot as the game carried on.

Arsenal couldn’t see a way of adding to their lead as they carried on making sure they didn’t concede in the match which was seeing them face a lot of pressure from the home team.

A late drama in the match saw VAR overturn a penalty given to the home side and also reverting Gabriel’s red card into a yellow card which wasn’t taken lightly by the home team.

The match came to an end with Arsenal holding on to their 0-1 result against Leeds United which sees them maintain their position on top of the table.
