Dee Devlin is an Irish businesswoman and the longtime partner and manager of former UFC double champion Conor McGregor.
The two have been together since meeting as teenagers at a Dublin nightclub in 2008, long before McGregor became one of the biggest names in combat sports.
Dee has remained his full-time manager and closest confidante throughout his rise to global fame.

In a 2015 ESPN profile detailing the support system behind McGregor’s rise, Dee described her hands-on role in his fight preparation, explaining that she tries to help him in every way possible, especially during fight camps when cutting weight becomes particularly demanding.
She said her support included cooking, cleaning, and packing his gym bag, providing practical assistance that helped keep his training camps running smoothly.

Dee Devlin and Conor McGregor met at a nightclub in Dublin in 2008 while they were both teenagers.
