Kylian Mbappe and Olivier Giroud scored as France beat Austria 2-0 in the UEFA Nations League, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Both teams had it good in the first half of the encounter which saw them doing so well to make sure something comes through.
France had a fair amount of the ball possession while going forward but they weren’t able to make anything happen out of all the opportunities they had.
The away side Austria were fantastic in all their dealings at the back while they also pushed forward causing some issues for the opponent who dealt well with everything.
No goal as they approached the half hour mark looking to make sure they change the scoreline which remained the same as things continued going forward.
The first half ended with France and Austria holding each other to a 0-0 goalless scoreline after 45 minutes of football played between them for the night.
Second Half Report
Things started positively in the second half which looked more lively with both teams coming in to make sure they had something good to celebrate.
Kylian Mbappe gave France the lead in the 56th minute of the game which was a beauty from the Paris Saint Germain man who made it 1-0 for the home side in the game.
Austria were stunned after seeing all their effort go to nothing as they conceded a goal finally which saw them also doing so much to make a comeback happen immediately which failed.
Olivier Giroud doubled the advantage in the 65th minute making it 2-0 for the home side after a beautiful teamwork and assist which came from Antoine Griezmann.
Nothing else happen with both teams playing so well as they approached additional time with the scoreline still the same way it was in the match.
The game ended with France taking all three points as they beat Austria 2-0 in the UEFA Nations League match which was an amazing one between both teams.
