Manchester United New Summer Signing Antony has now trained with his new team-mates for the first time, MySportDab reports.
The 22-year-old joined Manchester United in a deal worth £85.5m from Ajax, to play for former coach Erik ten Hag.
After a long transfer saga during the transfer window, Manchester United finally signed the player after Ajax came under intense pressure.
With United on a run of winning their last three, Antony trained with his team-mates on Friday ahead of Sunday’s match against Arsenal.
In the pictures, Antony is seen all smiles as he worked at Carrington for the first time.
The forward can’t English so he is working closely with fellow Brazilians Casemiro, and Fred to help him grow into the squad at Old Trafford.
Antony trained alone during his final day’s at Ajax as he wanted the club to sell him immediately.
Naturally, he became more happy after the transfer to Manchester United got completed.
On Friday, Antony took part in some passing drills with his fellow team mates at Carrington.
Ten Hag on Thursday revealed that Antony did not train with the whole squad before the game against Leicester City.
It is unclear if Antony could play in Sunday’s match against Arsenal as the decision is now upto Erik Ten Hag.
