FT: Chelsea 2-2 Tottenham, Koulibaly Score Screamer! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Kalidou Koulibaly netted a screamer as Chelsea played a 2-2 draw against Tottenham, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half of the encounter was a cagey affair that saw them both doing so much on the pitch, but only one side benefited from everything.

Chelsea started well as they controlled things while pressing their opponent with everything they had to offer going forward in the match.

The Blues broke the deadlock of the match after a fantastic corner kick from Marc Cucurella saw Kalidou Koulibaly smash home to make it 1-0 after finding an opening.

Tottenham had nothing much to do as they were the side facing so much pressure which they couldn’t supply the ball forward to Harry Kane, who was frustrated.

It wasn’t looking good for Spurs, who hardly could make anything happen from their end as their opponent had everything under control after scoring the lead for the day.

The first half ended with Chelsea taking a narrow 1-0 advantage into the break against Tottenham, who did everything possible but couldn’t score a goal.

Second Half Report

The second half was evenly balanced from its kickoff, which saw both managers adjusting slightly to ensure the second half proved to be a better one for them.

Tottenham pushed forward as they looked better than they were in the first half as the game continued, with Pierre Hojbjerg scoring a brilliant goal in the 68th minute to make it 1-1.

Chelsea responded with a surprise from Reece James, who scored from a free play in the 77th minute thanks to a lovely pass from Raheem Sterling to make it 2-1.

The game carried on until the final stages, which saw Harry Kane leveling things once again in the 90th minute plus additional time to make it 2-2.

That goal ended things between Chelsea Vs Tottenham. They both played out a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge which later saw Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte sent off with both receiving red.
