Chelsea has agreed with Inter Milan defender Cesare Casadei over a possible move, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League side has been holding talks for a possible move for Cesare Casadei over the past few weeks, and they were hoping to reach an agreement.
As things stand right now, an agreement has been reached between Chelsea and Inter Milan Cesare Casadei who is now looking set to make the move.
The youngster is expected to be gradually introduced into the senior team as he is one player with so much potential.
The 19-year-old is progressing well and he has the attention of some many top clubs in Europe who are looking into the possibility of signing him, but Chelsea have made their move quick.
They are now done with the first stages of the contract which is reaching an agreement with Cesare Casadei on personal terms.
Inter Milan are the only issue as they are demanding more money before they can allow the defender leave this summer to Stamford Bridge or any team.
The Premier League side are preparing a bid of €15 million plus add-ons after seeing their original offer of €15M turned down by Inter Milan who wanted more.
