Erling Haaland to Real Madrid could possibly happen as they are plans going on, MySportDab reports.
Real Madrid is looking to still make the move happen as they desperately hoping to work with him when the time comes for the Norwegian.
Manchester City recently completed the signing of Erling Haaland in this summer window which recently just opened a few days ago from Borussia Dortmund.
The move was completed after a long fight for months before it eventually ended with Manchester City making the move happen despite many clubs who showed interest in making the move happen.
Real Madrid was then focused on signing Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint Germain as the deal was also completed with a verbal agreement reached between them for a move to happen.
With everything going on they had hopes of seeing the deal happen for free but it will come with a wage cap of €50 million which could also see them not go further to signing another player.
Although everything didn’t happen with Kylian Mbappe extending his contract with Paris Saint Germain with more years meaning no deal can happen between them and the player.
Real Madrid is now looking to make sure they go after Erling Haaland who recently joined Manchester City from Borussia Dortmund this summer over a €60 million deal between them.
Real Madrid have not given up on signing Erling Haaland when the opportunity comes for them to make it happen, but it won’t be after the new season or anytime soon.
AS reports reaching us confirmed they plan on triggering the Manchester City striker’s €150 million release clause in 2024.
This could enable them to finally bring him to the Santiago Bernabeu to replace Karim Benzema when his contract runs out by then.
The France International recently signed a new deal which will keep him until 2024 with him seen as a big priority for the team after helping them to UEFA Champions League glory.
