Paris Saint-Germain are now Ready to sack Coach Mauricio Pochettino after their UCL loss against Real Madrid, MySportDab reports.

According to French Newspaper Le Parisien,  Pochettino and PSG Sporting Director Leonardo will have a heavy price to pay for the defeat.

PSG crashed out of the 2021-22 Champions  League after a stunning 17-minute 2nd half hat-trick from striker Karim Benzema.

Speaking after the UCL defeat, Pochettino said:

‘I can only deal with the present.

‘As for my future, anything can happen. We play to win. It’s a bad result but we have to keep calm.’

This post-match press conference response will leave PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi angry.

According to Spanish reporter Monica Marchante, Nasser Al-Khelaifi was very furious at full-time.

There are claims that the PSG president started banging on doors in search of the referee’s dressing room after the match.

Speaking further, Pochettino blamed the match officials.

‘Is it difficult? NO, It’s simple to explain. The biggest mistake from VAR was in their first goal.

‘When we conceded, everything changed and we became too open and conceded another. At 1-1 we would still qualify but we conceded more.

‘Madrid had everything to play for at 1-1 and we failed to find the right mindset for the situation.’

PSG will feel undone after a brilliant performance in the first half, where Kylian Mbappe scored in the 2nd leg again.

However, PSG sacking Pochettino could be good news for Manchester United at the end of the season.
