Aubameyang scored the winning goal as Barcelona came from behind to beat Galatasaray 1-2, to advance into the next round of Europa, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half was good coming from both teams who did well enough but it wasn’t happening equally as it did for one of them.
Barcelona started the better of both teams as they pushed forward looking to take an early lead which wasn’t meant to be as good defensive work kept them out from scoring each other.
Things were looking good for Galatasaray who took the lead in the 28th minute of the encounter which saw Marcao finishing off from a good teamwork effort giving them the lead against their opponent 1-0 as it carried on.
The away side did everything possible to make a come back which didn’t happen as their opponent looked well organized defending after taking a much-needed lead in the encounter.
Pedri leveled things for his side in the 37th minute of the encounter after a good partnership with Ferran Torres saw the youngster making things 1-1 from an incredible finish as things carried on.
The first half came to an end with Galatasaray 1-1 Barcelona as they both headed inside for the break after 45 minutes of football played between them.
Second Half Report
The second half was a different ball game coming from the away side who did everything possible to get the job done.
Barcelona took the lead in the 49th minute of the second half as Frenkie de Jong set up Aubameyang who made sure his finishing was perfectly done to make the scoreline 1-2 for his team.
Galatasaray wasn’t good enough to come back as the match progressed further hitting the one-hour mark with them still behind despite scoring the first goal of the encounter.
The match carried on with nothing else happening as Barcelona claimed a 1-2 victory against Galatasaray as they advance into the next round of the Europa League Cup.
