Thomas Tuchel Joins Chelsea Team At Club World Cup (VIDEO)
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has joined the rest of the team at Abu Dhabi for the FIFA Club World Cup, MySportDab reports.
The manager was left out from travelling after testing positive for covid which led to the team going without him.
Thomas Tuchel has now joined the rest of the team ahead of their final against Palmeiras tomorrow.
The manager is amongst others who had to join the team, as the likes of Edouard Mendy recently joining the team and could possibly play in the final.
Kepa Arrizabalaga outstanding performance saw them advancing into the final after beating Al Hilal 1-0 in a game which saw the goalkeeper doing perfectly well.
The Blues didn’t have an easy match against the Saudi team who gave a good account of themselves in the semifinals that almost saw them pulling one back.
A goal from Romelu Lukaku ensured Chelsea made it to the final which they will play tomorrow against Brazilian side.
Thomas Tuchel has now joined the team as he will be looking to take over from his assistant who did a good job in keeping the players together as instructed.
So much is expected to happen tomorrow at the FIFA Club World Cup final taking place tomorrow between Chelsea Vs Palmeiras.
