A late goal from Alexander Lacazette saw Arsenal come from behind to beat Wolves 2-1, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
It was a good 45 minutes of football that saw the Gunners dominating but couldn’t make anything happen going forward.
Arsenal did everything right in the early stages of the match hoping to make it count going forward in the attack which they weren’t given the chance.
It was the Wolves who scored the lead in the 10th minute of the game after a good teamwork effort saw Hee-chan Hwang scoring to make it 0-1 for the away side.
The game carried on with both teams doing everything in their power to make something happen in an attempt to see things work their way.
The first half ended with Arsenal 0-1 Wolves as they both headed inside for the break with the away side taking all the advantage after 45 minutes played.
Second Half Report
The second half was brilliant coming from both teams who had something good to offer as the match became more evenly balanced.
Wolves kept their advantage intact as they carry on doing so much to ensure that the Gunners couldn’t penetrate their defense the way they wanted to.
Arsenal were beginning to get frustrated as they couldn’t make anything in a game they needed to make sure a win is what they got, but all wasn’t working out.
One hour mark in the encounter and the home side still unable to make anything happen as they keep applying so much pressure which still couldn’t result in anything.
Nicolas Pepe leveled things 1-1 in the 82nd minute of the encounter after good effort from the Gunners saw them coming back in the match.
Game carried on with more pressure until a late one from Alexander Lacazette in the 90th minute plus additional time making it 2-1.
The match ended with Arsenal 2-1 Wolves as the Gunners sealed a late winner to claim all three points against their opponent.
