Son Heung-min gave Totheham a goal to earn them a 2-2 draw in a thrilling encounter against Liverpool earlier this Sunday.

In an action-packed drama that saw a total of eight yellow cards and one red card, after Liverpool left back, Andy Robertson was sent off, Liverpool held down the game with 10 men in the late minutes.

Harry Kane scores his first home goal of the season after he slotted in a Tanguay Ndobele pass in the 13th minute to give Spurs the lead.

The Reds dominated the ball but they continued to look vulnerable at the back, with Kane and Heung-min Son causing plenty of problems in defence, with the Liverpool duo having to rely on Alisson more than once to keep the score at 1-0.

Spurs had chances to double their lead but couldn’t take it before the 35th minute when Diogo Jota headed in a fine cross from Andy Robertson.

Liverpool found the breakthrough after Half-time when Robertson headed in a low cross from Trent Alexander-Arnold in the 69th minute before Son drew Spurs level 5 minutes later.

Robertson was sent off with 13 minutes to go after a poor tackle on Emerson Royal and Liverpool had to fight to protect their point.

Tottenham extend their unbeaten run to five matches and are 7th with 26 points while Liverpool remain 2nd following Man City’s 4-0 win against Newcastle earlier today.
