Cristiano Ronaldo scored and made an assist as Man United beat Burnley 3-1 in their English Premier League match, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
A good first half which saw goals coming from both ends as Manchester United made sure it was an entertaining 45 minutes of football.
It took Man United just 8 minutes to get the opening goal as Scott McTominay smashed one in with assist coming from Cristiano Ronaldo to make it 1-0.
The match carried on with Burnley doing everything to get themselves back in it which wasn’t an easy task as they progressed without being able to make it count.
An own-goal in the 27th minute from Ben Mee ensured the lead increased to 2-0 after a Jadon Sancho’s effort was deflected into the net making things go in favor of the home team.
Cristiano Ronaldo added a 3rd goal in the 35th minute of the encounter after reacting first to a loosed ball and smashed it beating the goalkeeper to make the scoreline 3-0.
Aaron Lennon pulled one back for the visitors in the 38th minute which was similar to the 3rd coming from the Red Devils as the game turned 3-1 approaching the final few minutes.
The first half of the encounter ended with Man United taking a 3-1 advantage into the break against Burnley after 45 minutes of football played between them.
Second Half Report
The second half was key for Manchester United who made sure they got the job done as the visiting side gave them a good run for their money.
Burnley continue to do everything possible to make sure they get another goal which didn’t happen as the home side were solid in their defending.
It was already looking like a game Man United already won as they approached the 70th minute mark with the scoreline still in their favor.
Nothing could be done as they hit the final few minutes left with Manchester United already cementing the three points with them waiting for final whistle.
The match finally came to an end with Man United taking a 3-1 victory against Burnley which saw them recording all three points at home.
