Jack Grealish marked his Champions League debut with a goal as Man City thrashed RB Leipzig 6-3 in their opening group game, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

An amazing first half encounter which was filled with loads of goals scored by both teams who had a fair amount of control during the 45 minutes.

It took Man City 16 minutes to score the opening goal which came through Nathan Ake as the defender converted neatly to make things 1-0.

RB Leipzig weren’t composed enough to kept things going as they conceded another goal in the 28th minute through an error from Nordi Mukiele to make things 2-0.

The visitors were able to pull one back in the 42nd minute of the match after an amazing display saw Christopher Nkunku making things 2-1.

Riyad Mahrez scored a late penalty which was the scoreline turning 3-1 after a foul was committed inside the box forcing the referee to point to the spot.

The first half of the encounter ended with Man City 3-1 RB Leipzig as they both headed for the break after an amazing 45 minutes of good football.

Second Half Report

So much more coming in the second half which saw the goals pouring in more from both teams who found a way of breaking down themselves.

RB Leipzig set the ball rolling as they scored another goal which made the scoreline 3-2, thanks to Christopher Nkunku once again who made his brace in the 51st minutes.

Jack Grealish responded in the 56th minute to make things 4-2 after another brilliant play saw the English man making his UEFA Champions League debut with a goal for Man City.

Another in the 73rd minute for Christopher Nkunku who made it his hattrick for the match after another stunning finish to make the scoreline 4-3.

Joao Cancelo immediately made it 5-3 in the 75th minute with an incredible finish coming from the wing-back who was brilliantly pushing forward for the goal.

Angelina was shown a red card for the visitors in the 79th minute which saw Leipzig going down to 10-man after a harsh tackle.

Gabriel Jesus made sure he killed off the game with his strike in the 85th minute which the scoreline increased to 6-3 with a finish from the Brazilian.

The match ended with Man City 6-3 RB Leipzig as the Champions League finalist last season started their campaign with an outstanding victory at home.
