Heung Min Son scored the only goal as Tottenham beat Man City 1-0 in the Premier League opening game, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

Both teams were solid in the first half of the encounter which saw some good opportunities created and none could be able to be converted.

Man City dominated the ball possession as the game progressed with them doing more of the playing as their opponent defend making sure they don’t concede.

Tottenham wasn’t that bad as they also did manage to find some breathing space which they made good use of by making sure they also created some opportunities.

Second Half Report

Both teams remained solid in attacking and defending with the second half getting on the way as the encounter lightened up more from both ends.

Spurs grew into the game as they pushed hard to get back some share of the ball possession which didn’t look that bad for them as they almost took the lead.

Heung Min Son finally made the breakthrough in the 55th minute as he scored for Tottenham with an assistant coming from Steven Bergwijn as they took a 1-0 in the encounter.

Man City charged up chasing the game as they were more eager and spirited to make a comeback which was very difficult to happen as the encounter progressed.

The game was far gone for the Premier League Champions as the match ended with Tottenham 1-0 Man City which saw Pep Guardiola losing to Nuno Espirito Santos.
