Manchester United Goalkeeper David De Gea has now confirmed his transfer plans today, MySportDab reports.

De Gea does not want to leave Manchester United and believes he still many years at the club.

De Gea and Henderson are still in the battle for Manchester United’s no.1 Goalkeeper spot.

The Spaniard has been United’s main first choice goalkeeper for a long time at Old Trafford.

De Gea has developed into one of the world’s best goalkeepers during his 10-year stay at Manchester United.

However, his inconsistent performances over the last two seasons has seen him fail to meet up with expectations.

Now, Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is switching between De Gea and Henderson as his goalkeeper.

Last season, Henderson enjoyed a run of matches in the team as De Gea spent some time with his family in Spain.

Henderson’s performance for United have seen De Gea’s future at Old Trafford been questioned in recent weeks.

However, De Gea is confident that he has a future at Manchester United.

‘I have been here for many years and it’s a great source of pride for me to play for a club like Manchester United for a long time now,’ De Gea told Manchester United’s official website.

‘But you must live in the present, I am sure that I still have many years ahead of me at the club, I’m feeling strong and very delighted to do well.

‘I have high confidence and I think it should be an important season for all of us.’

Manchester United have done some impressive business in the summer transfer window so far.

The Red Devils have brought in Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane.

David De Gea is expected to start United’s opening match of the season against Leeds United, because Henderson is not available.
