Arsenal have officially unveiled new signing goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale from Sheffield United, MySportDab reports.
The Gunners are on a spending spree this summer and they have welcomed yet again another new face to the team this season.
Aaron Ramsdale has officially completed his Arsenal move which will be see him be playing for the club this season.
The 23 year old was part of England national team for Euro 2020 which they made it to the final and lost against Italy via penalties.
Negotiations took some few weeks before an agreement was reached between the Gunners and Sheffield United.
Aaron Ramsdale will wear the number 32 shirt as he will be backup to first choice goalkeeper Leno who has been hit with so many injuries.
Arsenal sold Emiliano Martinez to Aston Villa and since then have struggled to find a better number two which saw them signing Matt Ryan from Brighton and Hove Albion.
He wasn’t good enough as they have now brought in Aaron Ramsdale as their number two with a transfer fee of around €30 million from Sheffield United.
The youngster have signed a five years contract with the Emirates club as he will be spending a long time with the team while fighting to be number one.
Arsenal also unveiled Martin Odeegard today as he completed a permanent move to the club after a loan move from Real Madrid.
