It now look like Cristiano Ronaldo won’t be making a move this summer after confirmation of him ready to see out his contract with Juventus.
With Massimiliano Allegri making a return, he is looking forward to working with the Euro 2020 golden boot winner with him currently on vacation with family.
Cristiano Ronaldo has, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, told Juventus that he wants to stay with the club ahead of the new season.
The Portuguese superstar is entering the final year of his contract in Turin and has seen a move elsewhere mooted as a result.
Manchester United was been linked with a move earlier as many suggested he would be considering making a return to England.
That won’t be the case as expected, Juventus will be hoping with their former manager back they can get a chance at winning the Uefa Champions League.
Last season wasn’t so pleasant for the Turin side who lost their League title to Inter Milan and barely made top four finish.
They will be hoping to put that aside and work on the new season with Cristiano Ronaldo giving them another boost with his commitment to the club.
