Man City qualified for the Champions League final in first time of their history after beating PSG 2-0 as Mahrez score a brace to finish 4-1 on aggregate, MySportDab reports.

Just one goal scored from the first half of the encounter as the home team ensured they got the job done in the 45 minutes.

Man City were the side who opened the goal scoring in the 11th minute as Riyad Mahrez reacted fast to a lose ball which he smashed past the goalkeeper to make it 1-0.

PSG had things under control as the game progresses with them needing to make an early breakthrough which proved very difficult to happen.

The first half carried on without anything to talk about with the two teams doing everything possible to kill of the game.

The second half started out with good pace from the two teams who looked sharp and eager to get something out of the game.

Man City increased the scoreline to 2-0 after Riyad Mahrez scored his second and a brace which came through as the Algerian tapped the ball into an empty net.

Things got worst for the visitors in the 69th minute as Angel Di Maria was shown a red card after VAR review which saw his side reduced to 10 man.

The match finally came to an end with Man City 2-0 PSG as the Citizens book their place in the final of the Champions League for the first time in their history.
