Chelsea have now started a winning run under new Coach Thomas Tuchel after a Burnley 2-0 victory today, MySportDab reports.

Tuchel played out a 0-0 draw vs Wolves in his first match as Chelsea manager last week.

Today, The German manager has now gotten his first win at Chelsea since he arrived.

Chelsea move to seventh on the Premier League table after the win at Stamford Bridge today.

The Blues are now level on 33 points with Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham, but Spurs have two matches left.

Burnley drop a place to 16th on the Premier League table below Newcastle FC on goal difference.

First Half Report

Chelsea started the match against Burnley very well in the first half, keeping the ball and pushing Burnley back without a shot on target.

Marcos Alonso almost scored in the first half after returning to Chelsea starting XI under manager Thomas Tuchel.

The Spanish full-back had not played for the club since September when he was taken off against West Brom.

Alonso was among the substitutes for Chelsea’s goalless Premier League game against Wolves last week.

Azpilicueta scored the first goal of the Tuchel era close to the end of the first half.

Second Half Report

Chelsea started the second half very well and impressed with much of the pocession.

With like 20 minutes left, Chelsea scored their 2nd goal of the match thanks to Marco Alonso’s volley.

The goal from Alonso secured all three points for the Blues at Stamford Bridge.
