Man City have now registered their interest in signing Borussia Dortmund starman Erling Brunt Haaland who has been one of the most prolific strikers in Europe, MySportDab reports.
According to sources, the Norwegian might be making the move to England with the financial backing of Pep Guardiola from the board.
Although Man City isn’t the only team that is desperate to sign Haaland as Manchester United alongside Real Madrid have also shown interest.
So far this season the teenager has been fantastic scoring loads of goals before his injury which he will be forced to sit down on the sideline until next year.
Manchester City are keen to sign Erling Haaland to replace Sergio Aguero who might be leaving the club sooner than expected.
The Argentine is yet to open contract talks with the Man City about his future after being hit with series of injuries this season, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
Borussia Dortmund are under no pressure to sell Haaland with the player’s release clause not kicking in until 2022.
But with the manager being sacked and the club under big problems following their poor run of form which lead to the sacking, it is unknown if they will be able to keep their players until next season.
