Goals from Ilkan Gundogan and Ferran Torres ensured Man City beat Newcastle United to overtake Chelsea at 5th position on the League table with a 2niL win, MySportDab reports.

It took Man City just 12 minutes to get the first goal which came through Ilkay Gundogan who scored thanks to amazing teamwork efforts with Raheem Sterling to make it 1-0.
Newcastle United failed to make anything happen as the Citizens had total control of the encounter while they sit back and do more defending.
The first half ended with Man City 1-0 Newcastle United as they both headed for the break with an advantage to the home team.
Second Half Report
The second half kicked off similarly as the home picked off from where they left in the first 45 minutes of the game.
Ferran Torres doubled the lead in the 55th minute after a fantastic finish for the Spaniard who has been on a good run of form as he made it 2-0.
Newcastle United made some good runs going forward as the game progressed but they just couldn’t finish off from efforts.
