Late goal from Semi Ajayi ensured Liverpool played out a 1-1 draw with West Brom in the Premier League game after Sadio Mane put the Reds ahead in the first half, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half was all about the Reds who had everything under control as they bossed possession and managed to score one goal.
It took Sadio Mane just 12 minutes to put Liverpool ahead in the game after a fantastic teamwork effort saw Joel Matip assisted the Senegalese to make it 1-0.
West Brom had some good runs at least but they weren’t good enough to make anything happen as they were defending all through the half.
The first half ended with Liverpool 1-0 West Brom as both sides headed for the break with the Reds taking the full advantage.
Second Half Report
The second half proved to be a different ball game as the Baggies came into the game making some good runs and scoring a goal.
Liverpool continued from where they left off as they controlled the affair and almost doubled their lead after some good chances created but failed to score.
West Brom pulled back level 1-1 in the 82nd minute with the goal coming from Nigerian defender Semi Ajayi who converted to bring the game back for his side.
The match ended with Liverpool 1-1 West Brom as Sam Allardyce recorded his first point for the Baggies after taking over the managerial role.
