Manchester United are still unwilling to pay Borussia Dortmund’s £108million asking price for Jadon Sancho, MySportDab reports.

According to The Sun, Manchester United are more concerned about the impact of a second CoronaVirus lockdown.

Manchester United still have a strong interest in the England winger but won’t pay such a fee.

Some Premier League clubs are concerned about a new lockdown being in place and when fans can return to stadiums across the country.

With the coronavirus cases continuing to rise, fears are growing about it’s next impact on football.

Signing Sancho, who has scored 34 goals and provided 43 assists in 99 matches for Borussia Dortmund, would be a huge boost for Manchester United.

However, right now it is difficult for United to finance such a deal.

And Dortmund have insisted they will not reduce their asking price and Ed Woodward believes is unrealistic to pay such an amount right now.

Now Manchester United officials are considering a shock move for Gareth Bale who is not wanted at Real Madrid.

The Red Devils were interested in Bale last year but refused to pay his £600,000-a-week wages.

Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer thinks that Bale would be a good option if Jadon Sancho cannot be signed this summer.

Bale has barely played for Los Blancos for over a year and would love a return to the Premier League.

Manchester United would prefer to sign the 31-year-old on loan.
