Liverpool narrowly edged out Leeds United 4-3 in their Premier League opening game as Mohamed Salah scored hat trick, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

It was an entertaining first 45 minutes which provided five goals with both teams hitting the target.

It ended Liverpool 3-2 Leeds United in the first half as Jurgen Klopp side headed for the break with the advantage.

Second Half Report

The second 45 minutes was another exciting encounter which saw two goals go in as both sides scored.

It was Leeds United who pulled back level 3-3 with just 66 minutes gone with Klich getting the goal.

The game progressed with the newly promoted side pressurizing the League winners at Anfield.

The game progresses to the last few minutes which Liverpool was awarded a penalty after Rodrigo fouled Fabinho.

Mohamed Salah stepped up and convert to make it 4-3 in the 88th minute of the match.

It ended Liverpool 4-3 Leeds United with the newly promoted side giving a good account of themselves.
