It was another second 45 minutes of misery for Frank Lampard side as Christian Pulisic was injured.
Chelsea almost made it 2-1 when Pulisic struck after a long run which lead to the American injury.
Aubameyang made it 2-1 in favour of Arsenal thanks to a lovely assist from Nicholas Pepe.
Things got worst for the Blues as Kovacic was sent off after receiving his second yellow card.
Both sides continue to go at each other and creating chances with more coming the way of Arsenal.
It was indeed a bad night for Frank Lampard who threw in all his players in from the bench but nothing happened.
Arsenal ended the match with a 2-1 victory which means they automatically book Europa League ticket for next season.
