Raheem Sterling scored twice and missed a penalty as Manchester City thrashed Watford 4-0 in a match which also saw Foden and Laporte hit target, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first 45 minutes of the encounter provided two goals which went in favour of Manchester City.

It took Raheem Sterling 31 minutes to get the first goal after a nice finishing with the assist from Walker.

The England international made it 2-0 in the 40th minute after failing to score from the penalty spot before reacting fast to make it count.

Watford were unable to reply back as they fell in deep defending in a game that was already lost.

The first half ended Watford 0-2 Manchester City as Pep Guardiola’s side heads for the break with the advantage.

Second Half Report

It was a similar second 45 minutes as City were able to put two more goals past their opponent.

Phil Foden made it 3-0 in the 63rd minute after an easy finish from the youngster who tapped the ball inside an open net.

Watford tried their best to get something out of the game as captain Troy Deeney came close but his shot was wide.

Laporte got the last goal of the match after a swift finishing thanks to an excellent assist from Kevin De Bruyne.
