Tottenham Coach Jose Mourinho is ready to start Harry Kane and Hueng-min Son in Friday’s Premier League match against Manchester United, MySportDab reports.

Kane And Son were previously sidelined with hamstring and arm injuries when the coronavirus lockdown came into effect in March.

Now, two key players in Mourinho’s team have regained full fitness and are ready to play against Manchester United in the race for a Champions League place.

Jose Mourinho also said that Moussa Sissoko will play against United but is unsure about Giovani Lo Celso.

No Lo Celso?

The Argentine sustained an injury before the lockdown and only recently started training again.

Midfielder Dele Alli is also unavailable for Friday’s match.

About Lo Celso, Mourinho said: ‘Because of the rules, his injury does not require surgery but needs daily treatment, close contact with fitness and physios coaches working with him, but it was not possible.

‘So for two months he was injured and couldn’t recover from it. When training resumed again, and he started his treatment, there is no guarantee he will be 100 per cent.

‘He’s trained over last few days, available tomorrow maybe. Tomorrow we’re going to test if he can play.’

Jose Mourinho also confirmed that Tottenham should agree a new contract for defender Jan Vertonghen before his contract expires.

Right now, Vertonghen’s contract will expire on June 30 and he has been linked with various teams across Europe.
