Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar Jr has been ruled out of Sunday’s match against Lyon due to a new injury problem, MySportDab reports.

The Brazilian suffered a rib injury during the match against Montpellier last weekend and due to this missed the league game against Nantes on Tuesday.
Coach Thomas Tuchel had confirmed that Neymar had returned to training but that now revealed it’s too early for him to play against Lyon on Sunday.
Since signing for PSG in a world-record transfer deal in 2017, Neymar’s time in France has largely been unsettled with various injury  problems.
The 28-year-old missed the first four games of the Ligue 1 season due to a ruptured ankle ligament, before missing another six weeks of action with a hamstring injury suffered on international duty with Brazil.
Football legend Kaka has said he has full confidence in Neymar’s ambitions to win the 2020 Ballon D’or but believes PSG have to win the Champions League for him to take the award.
However his various injury problems have reduced his chances of winning the prize to date.
Despite Neymar being injured, PSG still have Kylian Mbappe, Edinson Cavani and Mauro Icardi available for various attacking roles tomorrow.
Neymar has been in fine form since returning from his hamstring injury at the start of December, with nine goals and six assists provided in his last nine league matches.
MySportDab understands Neymar suffered his current rib injury during a strong 5-0 victory over Montpellier.
Just 24 hours later, Neymar celebrated his 28th birthday at a part with his team-mates and many more people.
Coach Tuchel was not present at the event held at the YoYo nightclub in Paris, and he described the event as a  ‘distraction’ to the Ligue 1 club’s preparations before their 2-1 victory against Nantes just 48 hours later.
