West Ham United has taken a decision to stop Adama Traoré from using the gym, MySportDab reports.
The decision was taken to help the player as they feel there is a major concern about his appearance as a player.
Adama Traoré is one among few active football players who are heavily built. His appearance has always been a major talks and concern.

However, he has proven overtime to silence criticism and other talks playing down his talent due to his appearance.
Since his move to West Ham United, the club has been working to find a solution which would help him be more effective.
According to Transfer News Live, they confirmed the Hammers has decided the player from using the gym.
Here Is What Was Said:
“West Ham United have banned Adama Traoré from lifting weights at the gym at the club’s training ground.
“The ban is because of Traoré’s muscular frame.
What Nuno Espírito Said:
“His genetics has been like this for some time now and he should avoid the gym. I’ve told him to stay out of the gym.
“It’s one of the things that I think he needs to realise.

“It’s enough weight that he carries. He’ll do prevention work (in the gym), but he’s not in there lifting weights.
West Ham United are hoping the decision will help the player reduce some of his weight and also make him more comfortable.
