FT: PSG 5-3 Tottenham, Vitinha Nets Hat-trick In UCL Goal-fest! [VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS]

PSG have returned to winning ways n their Champions League round five cracker against Tottenham Hotspur at Parc des Princes, MySportDab reports. 

It was a goal-fest as the two teams lock horns to strengthen their bid to finish in the top eight. Tottenham Hotspur first opened the scoring via Richarlison five minutes after the hour mark, but it wasn’t long before PSG responded through Vitinha’s 45th-minute equaliser.

 

Five minutes into the second half, Randal Kolo Muani fired Tottenham into the lead again and PSG responded again with the equaliser three minutes later.

Six minutes after Vitinha’s goal, Fabian Ruiz finally gave PSG the lead, scoring a sensation to make it 3-2.

Pacho then made made it 4-2 five minutes after the hour mark, with Tottenham now facing the prospects of a defeat after leading twice.

However, Kolo Muani scored again a few minutes later to halve the deficit and restore hopes of salvaging a point for the visitors, but PSG weren’t done scoring.

Vitinha sealed the victory for the home side and bagged his hat-trick as he converts from the spot to make it 5-3 in the 75th minute.

Trailing by two goals with 15 minutes left, it was gameover for Thomas Frank’s charges at Parc des Princes as PSG stayed atop proceedings afterwards.

It finally ended with the French and reigning European champions fighting off the English side’s scare to secure a deserved 5-3 victory and bounced back to winning ways after defeat the last time out.

They have moved to second in the standings with 12 points from four wins and one defeat, three behind leaders Arsenal.
