Manchester City’s Premier League fixtures for the upcoming 2025-26 season has been confirmed with some exciting matches to watch out for, MySportDab reports.
City had their most underwhelming Premier League campaign in recent years in the just-concluded season. They had to wait till the final matchday to qualify for the Champions League and will hope to bounce back next season.
From the released fixtures, the Cityzens will kick off their campaign with an away fixture against Wolves on Saturday, August 16.
From the Molineaux Stadium, they will return home to host Tottenham Hotspur in the next match and then wrap up the opening month with a trip to Falmer Stadium to take on Brighton.
After the opening month, Pep Guardiola’s side have been handed tougher fixtures in September. They will kick off their campaign in the month hosting cross-city rivals Manchester United in the Manchester Derby.
This will be followed with another rollercoaster matchup against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, September 20.
After the Arsenal cracker, they will wrap up the month hosting Burnley at home in their sixth fixture of the season.
In October, the Cityzens will open their campaign with a trip to Gtech Community to take on Brentford before returning home to play Everton in the next match.
Their final fixture in the month will be an away trip to Villa Park to take on Unai Emery’s Aston Villa in what is expected to be another tough tie for Pep Guardiola and his boys.
