Mike Maignan move to Chelsea and goalkeeper decision seems to have been made after recent developments, MySportDab reports.
It is no news that the London club were said to be in discussion with the France international goalkeeper.
They have been working on getting a deal completed for the AC Milan number one who is of higher value.
Reports claimed the goalkeeper already put in the request to allow a move to Premier League as talks were going on.
AC Milan had initially turned down offers made by the Blues, but they returned again to negotiation recently.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed a decision has been reached and nothing is likely to happen.
