Chelsea claimed a narrow 1-0 victory against Sweden side Djurgarden in the Conference League semifinal to qualify for the final, MySportDab reports.

The Blues secured their place in the UEFA Europa Conference League final with a victory over their opponent at Stamford Bridge, completing a 5-1 aggregate win.

The decisive goal came in the 38th minute when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall capitalized on a pass from Tyrique George, skillfully maneuvering past two defenders before finishing with his left foot.

Manager Enzo Maresca opted to rest several key players, providing opportunities for younger talents.

The 16-year-old Reggie Walsh made his first start, becoming Chelsea’s youngest debutant since 1967 in a match.

The match was close between both teams until Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall goal which came in the 38th minute of the match which made it 1-0.

Despite the rotated lineup, the Blues maintained control throughout the match. Djurgarden best chance came from Daniel Stensson, whose shot was denied by goalkeeper Filip Jørgensen.
