Barcelona claimed a massive 5-2 victory against Rayo Vallecano as they continued their impressive run for the new season under Hansi Flick.
The Catalan giants came from behind to claim all three points thanks to brilliant performances from Raphinha and Lamine Yamal, who both scored twice in a thrilling encounter.
The match started with an early surprise as Rayo Vallecano took the lead 0-1. Sergio Camello finished off a dangerous move to put the visitors ahead in the 12th minute.

Barcelona looked shaken for a few minutes, but Hansi Flick’s side responded quickly and showed why they are among the favorites for the league title this season.
The equalizer arrived through Raphinha, who produced a superb individual effort. The Brazilian attacker drove forward, beat his marker, and calmly finished past the goalkeeper to make it 1-1 in the 19th minute.
The goal lifted the home side and completely changed the momentum of the game. Just minutes later, teenage sensation Lamine Yamal completed the turnaround.
The Spanish winger unleashed a powerful strike from outside the box that flew into the top corner, giving Barcelona a 2-1 lead in the 21st minute of play.
The Camp Nou crowd erupted as Yamal once again showed why he is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in world football as the match progressed.
The home side dominated possession and created several chances before halftime. Their attacking play caused constant problems for the Rayo defense, while Anthony Gordon impressed with his movement and creativity in the final third.
The visitors struggled to contain Barca’s pace and pressure. Jules Kounde had a goal ruled out by VAR before the first half came to a conclusion.
The second half continued in a similar fashion. Barca extended their advantage when a dangerous attack resulted in an own goal from Florian Lejeune in the 51st minute.
Gordon’s attacking run and pass into the box forced the mistake, and the hosts moved 3-1 ahead. Rayo Vallecano refused to give up and found a way back into the contest through Camello once again in the 59th minute.
The striker scored his second goal of the night from a corner kick, reducing the deficit to 3-2 and giving the visitors hope of a comeback. For a short period, the home side looked vulnerable as Rayo pushed forward in search of an equalizer.
However, Barca’s quality eventually made the difference. Raphinha grabbed his second goal of the match after a clever assist from Anthony Gordon which made it it 4-2 in the 71st minute of play.
The Brazilian finished confidently to restore Barcelona’s two-goal advantage and effectively end Rayo’s challenge. The goal also continued Raphinha’s outstanding scoring form at the start of the campaign.
Lamine Yamal then completed the scoring late in the match. The youngster produced another excellent finish to secure his brace and make it 5-2 in the 90th minute with Karim Adeyemi assist.

His performance was one of the biggest talking points of the evening as he combined skill, confidence, and clinical finishing throughout the game.
The match finished with the La Liga Champions claiming a massive 5-2 victory which gave them another three points for the new season which is looking perfect.
The victory means Barca have won all three of their opening La Liga matches and remain level on points with Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid at the top of the table.
Flick will be pleased with his team’s attacking display, although the two goals conceded show there is still room for improvement defensively.
For the home supporters, the biggest positives were the outstanding displays from Raphinha, Lamine Yamal, and Anthony Gordon. Their attacking partnership caused problems all night and helped deliver another important victory.
