Liam Rosenior is taking discipline issues serious with Chelsea players after playing another game with a red card, MySportDab reports.
Chelsea recent game against Arsenal saw Pedro Neto joined the long growing list of players to have received a red card.
Liam Rosenior wasn’t pleased with the situation which he was quick to address after his side loss against Arsenal.

The Blues manager is looking towards an end to their constant red card which has seen them lost games that could have been won.
According to report from Nizaar Kinsella, he confirmed the comments which came from the Chelsea manager during his press conference.
Here Is What He Said:
“It needs to improve. We need to create a culture of accountability.
“It’s okay (to make a mistake) but you hold your hands up.”
He Added On Pedro Neto Red:
“Pedro (Neto) has apologised to the group, it’s not just Pedro, I need to see an improvement now.”

The manager will be looking forward to the game against Aston Villa which is now a must win after dropping down to 6th position.
Liam Rosenior is hopeful the team has learned from their mistakes and they are looking forward to improving in all areas.
