However, recent developments isn’t looking good as it affects so much concerning their current system and plan.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the recent concerning a ban and heavy fine which has been placed on Chelsea.

“Chelsea have been handed a £10.7m fine for breaching Premier League rules related to financial reporting, third-party investment and youth development during the Roman Abramovich era.
“The club have also received an immediate 9-month academy transfer ban, plus a 1-year first-team transfer ban (suspended for two years).
With the season coming to an end and the club still struggling to remain consistent, there is no telling of what could be going down.
Chelsea are expected to keep to the rules and avoid any issues which could further come at a greater cost and ban that might go as far as points deduction.
