Benjamin Sesko scored the winning goal as Manchester United beat Everton 0-1, MySportDab reports.
It was a massive three points which boosts their chances of finishing top four this season after Chelsea dropped points.
First Half Report
Both teams came prepared for the match which was the only fixture for Monday night as other teams already played during the weekend.
Manchester United dominated play and pushed with everything they had to try to ensure they took control by scoring the opening goal which did not come.
It was end to end play but Everton struggled with making any attempts on goal as they couldn’t get through to put in any final touch that was productive.
The first half came to conclusion with both teams holding themselves to a 0-0 draw after the 45 minutes of action.
Second Half Report
More action was seen between both teams who continued pushing with everything they had as they needed a goal to change the scoreline.
Benjamin Sesko scored in the 71st minute with assist from Bryan Mbeumo who made the assist as things turned 0-1.
Manchester United secured their goal as the match carried on until it came to an end 0-1 against Everton who couldn’t do much despite getting close opportunities on goal.
