The former Arsenal player is set to make another move again after ending his time in the Turkish League.
He has been a free agent for a while after his contract with Basiktas came to a conclusion without a decision to extend further.
Meanwhile, he has been training at Arsenal for a while as he continued looking for available options for him.
The talk with Celtic had been going on for a while with other interested parties who wanted to see what they could make happen.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed Celtic have reached an agreement to sign the England international this February.
