With the January transfer window fast approaching, Mohamed Salah’s Liverpool future is once again in the balance as Saudi clubs step up interest in securing his services, MySportDab reports.
After a prolonged contract renewal standoff, Salah finally put pen to paper for a new Liverpool contract before his last deal expired in June.

The Egyptian forward committed to a new two-year deal till 2027. However, Saudi clubs are still hopeful of securing his services before the end of the new deal.
Per @TBRFootball on X, the 33-year-old has been offered a lucrative contract by an unnamed Saudi club worth €150million annually.
This is a staggering deal enough to turn the player’s head compared to his current earnings with Liverpool.
Notably, Salah joined the ranks of the few elite class of Premier League players taking home £400,000 weekly following his new Liverpool contract.
This works out at a staggering £20.8m annually – approximately five times less than what is currently on the table from Saudi Arabia for the player.
MySportDab understands Salah remains a prime target for Saudi football authorities, who are bracing for another grand character to replace Cristiano Ronaldo in the plot map of Saudi football development.
Meanwhile, it is yet unclear whether Salah will cave in to the allure of the Saudi league before the expiration of his new Liverpool contract.
The former Chelsea forward is once again on the front foot this season for Liverpool, leading the charge with four Premier League goals plus two assists as the Reds push to retain the English top-flight title.
