The England international was confirmed to have picked up a minor setback with his recovery in the recent days.
It was confirmed that Palmer picked up something of a foot injury while staying at home. The situation saw him having to sit down more than making a return.

However, the situation was said to be minor while Enzo Maresca debates on what time the player could be making his full return.
